How does it work?
The Employment Verification product is a manual product for verification of employment history. Basic information, e.g., position, salary, is verified in addition to up to 15 customizable questions. Verifications are sent to our call center for fulfillment and then an e-mail is sent when the report has been completed. The entire process usually takes just a few hours. You may also opt to fulfill verifications in-house.How do I request Employment Verification?
- Go to New Application
- Select the Employment Verification product
- Complete the required fields
- Click Submit
- You will receive a processing message
- Wait for "Manual Verification Results Completed" e-mail*
- Go to the Application List
- Select the desired application
- You may also check for verifications in the Verifications folder on the Application List.
- To view the report quickly, type the application number into the search field and click search.
- Make sure you have the correct e-mail address in user setup.

How do I Setup?
- Go to My Account
- Select Access Codes
- Select the applicable Access Code
- Check Manual Verification
- Check Employment Verification
- Enter up to 15 questions**
- Click Save
