Aleutians East - All civils above $50,000.00 are filed in Anchorage or Dillingham Court. We search the Anchorage Court. Aleutians West Bethel - Not a Court fee (surcharge due to limited researcher availability). 2-3 week delay. Denali - Fee due to limited researcher availibility. Recommended that search in Fairbanks be ordered as well. Dillingham - Not a Court fee (surcharge due to limited researcher availibilty). Juneau - Due to recent changes in public access rules in Juneau AK criminal record results may not include cases filed with in the most recent 3 month period. North Slope - Lengthy court delays common here. Northwest Arctic - Not a Court fee (surcharge due to limited researcher availibilty). Wade Hampton - Not a Court fee (surcharge due to limited researcher availibilty). Yakutat - Yakutat Magistrate Court is closded until further notice. They are in the process of hiring a new Magistrate, until this process is complete the court will be closed, no ETA.
